When you purchase from our website, register for any of our newsletters, or download some items, you will be required to register. You will be allotted your own Client Area. Purchases

Purchases can be made through this site of our publications and materials (print and electronic, or digital). Payment can be made via our online payment gateway (we use Papal), or, for New Zealand customers, we are able to receive payment by direct credit or cheque. For printed matter, we will prepare and send your order within reasonable time, but will confirm when the order has been shipped.

Pre-orders and backorders:

We will notify you to confirm that you still require the order before we invoice and send the order to you.

Taxes:

Taxes at this time we are not GST registered, and therefore do not require you to pay tax. If you reside in a country or state that requires taxes to be paid on goods purchased from overseas, this is your responsibility.

Shipping

We will do our best to supply your purchases within reasonable time indicated in the shopping cart, but we do not guarantee this service as it is out of our hands.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We do not supply all countries at this time.

We are not always able to deliver to all addresses at the prices in our shopping cart. This particularly relates to outlying countries that come under the jurisdiction of the U.S.A. Should you request delivery to such a location, we will either advise you of any additional freight charges, or credit the amount of your purchase, less any charges we have received as a result of the transaction.

Returns:

If goods purchased by you are faulty, please first contact us with the nature of the problem. We will do our best to rectify any issues of this nature and bound by the Consumer Guarantees Act of NZ.

We do not disclose your personal information you provide us on to third parties unless it is for the purpose of expediting our service to you. We collect and retain your information in the following ways:

  • Subscription services such as newsletters and RSS feeds, and online account subscriptions
  • Purchase orders

We also make use of cookies (electronic data collected by the website for various website activities. These are important for the running of our shopping cart, and also for retaining information for your own user experience when engaging on our site, or when returning to our site. We also use Google Analytics which also uses cookies for tracking user behaviour (anonymously), which is used for improving our website. This information is anonymous to us, and used for our user’s benefit.

Newsletters:

We provide various newsletters. These are subscription-based, on an opt-in basis, usually through our website. When you purchase an item, however, we may add you to our main newsletter, as it is our primary means of keeping in touch with our customers about corrections, supply, and general information about our publications and services. However, you are free, of course, to modify your subscription, or unsubscribe.
