Nagivating mental health:
Insights for those struggling and supporting

Brought to you by The Refuge Project

Around 20 people have contributed to what we hope will be a meaningful resource for those walking through mental health struggles, and for those supporting someone they love.

Refuge was created as a place to rest, reflect, learn, and find encouragement. Within its pages are honest personal stories, biblical exposition, Godly wisdom, calming imagery, verse art, songs, practical reflection, and helpful guidance—all pointing back to the reassurance of God’s steadfast presence and grace.
God has not asked us to face these battles alone. He works through His Word, through the care of others, and through the support and tools He provides. Even the Son of God, who had been given the Holy Spirit without measure, said, “I can of Myself do nothing”.

The theme verse for this book is:
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble!” — Psalm 46:1
