Wilderness Voice is sponsoring The Kingdom Vision Project 2020
What is the Kingdom Vision Project?
The Kingdom Vision Project is a compilation of Kingdom visions collected from brothers and sisters from around the ecclesial world. They can be in any form including written, illustration, or mixed media. It also includes artwork from Sunday School children and young people.
How will the visions be shared?
We have two main aims for the project:
A BOOK — the visions will be put into a book that will be made available to all the contributors and can be shared with the brotherhood. Initially, this will most likely be in the form of an e-book, but we will also look at publishing it in printed form in the future.
All submissions will appear in the book anonymously unless otherwise requested.
ONLINE — the visions may also appear on the Wilderness Voice blog, The Voice. These are best published with the author’s name.
If you would like your contribution to be included in one and not the other, please specify when you send it in, otherwise we will assume you are comfortable with both.
How do you contribute?
Write or draw a vision and email it in PDF format to KingdomVisionProject@gmail.com or josevoge@yohoo.com
Share this information with your ecclesia, your Sunday School, and all your friends and family. Talk to your children and get them involved by drawing their own visions.
Encourage everyone around you to start visualising, sharing, hoping, and praying. And keep passing the project on! This is a project EVERYONE can be involved in—you don’t need a giant spiritual head or to be an incredible writer! EVERY contribution, both great and small, is gratefully received and goes towards a big collective vision from the brotherhood.
When do the submissions need to be in by?
NOW EXTENDED!
OCTOBER 1 2020
Of course, we are happy to receive any submissions after this date; we just cannot guarantee they will be in the book.
Children can help, too: Draw a picture of the Kingdom
Calling on all children
(and adults wanting to channel their inner child)
to draw, or paint, or sketch, or collage, or make in multi-media
a vision of the Kingdom.
Information and ideas
Download a copy of all this information and a list of ideas of what you can do. Sister Josie Smith has provided some excellent prompts to get you into “visioning” what the Kingdom will be like, to help you clothe the future in reality.
